Agreement to Terms

By installing and using the Lunexia Chrome VPN extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

Lunexia provides a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service through a Chrome browser extension that:

• Encrypts your internet connection
• Routes your traffic through secure servers
• Protects your online privacy and security
• Allows access to geo-restricted content (where legal)
• Offers both free and premium (token-holder) tiers

User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lunexia. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Lunexia for:

• Any illegal activities or violations of local, state, national, or international law
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks (hacking)
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Spamming or phishing activities
• Any activity that violates the rights of others

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to Lunexia without refund.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability of specific server locations at all times
• Compatibility with all websites or services
• Specific connection speeds or performance levels

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

Premium Features and Token Requirements

Premium features are available exclusively to verified Lunexia token holders. By connecting your wallet:

• You authorize us to verify your token holdings
• Access to premium features is contingent on maintaining required token balance
• Token requirements may change with notice
• We are not responsible for token price fluctuations or wallet security

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lunexia, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Lunexia and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Lunexia is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• We are not responsible for data loss, security breaches, or third-party actions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features (if any)
• We are not liable for content accessed through the VPN or actions you take while using it

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunexia, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these terms
• Remove or disable access without prior notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

You may terminate your use of Lunexia at any time by uninstalling the extension. Sections of these terms that should survive termination (including liability limitations and indemnification) will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, with proceedings conducted in English.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the extension or our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lunexia regarding the use of our service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
